These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ACESATAI platform, including our website at acesatai.com, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by mediaXtreme LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using ACESATAI, you confirm that you:

Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Accept and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy
If under 18, have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian

2. Description of Service

ACESATAI is an AI-powered SAT preparation platform that provides:

Adaptive learning and personalized practice questions
AI-powered "Snap & Solve" photo-based problem analysis
Vocal Socratic coaching with real-time voice interaction
Full-length exam simulations with test-day layout replication
Cross-device synchronization between web and mobile platforms
Multi-language support for international students
Score tracking, analytics, and performance metrics

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free and Premium Tiers

ACESATAI offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free accounts have limited access to features. Premium subscriptions unlock full platform capabilities.

4.2 Pricing

Premium subscription is offered at $14.99 per month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Refund requests for billing errors should be submitted within 14 days

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the AI features to generate content unrelated to SAT preparation
Commercially redistribute or resell any content generated by the Service
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limitations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, UI design, AI algorithms, and software) are owned by mediaXtreme LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of images, audio recordings, and other content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated tutoring responses are provided for educational guidance only
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of AI-generated content
AI responses should not be considered a substitute for professional educational instruction
ACESATAI does not guarantee specific SAT score improvements or outcomes
Users should verify important information and exercise independent judgment

8. Device Permissions

Certain features require device permissions:

Camera: Required for the "Snap & Solve" photo analysis feature
Microphone: Required for the Vocal Socratic Coach feature
Storage: Required for caching offline content and progress data
Notifications: Optional, for study reminders and progress updates

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Some features may not function without the required permissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mediaXtreme LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms
You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification)

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
